Emergency Care You Can Count On
Emergencies can't wait, and Baptist Health's ERs are ready. Don't delay your care — we're here when you need us.
When the unexpected happens, Baptist Health is ready. With six emergency room locations across Central Alabama — including hospital-based ERs and a convenient freestanding facility — we're here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with care you can trust.
Our emergency teams include board-certified physicians and experienced providers trained to respond quickly to stroke, chest pain, trauma and other time-sensitive conditions. A number of our locations are nationally recognized as Primary Stroke Centers by The Joint Commission and Accredited Chest Pain Centers by the American College of Cardiology (ACC), and two of our hospitals are also home to Level III Trauma Centers — ensuring that advanced, lifesaving care is available when seconds count.
At Baptist Health, we're raising the standard for emergency care across the region — and bringing it closer to the communities we serve.
If you, or someone you know, are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER or dial 911 immediately.
