Dr. Saji Jacob is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with Cardiovascular Associates. With more than 30 years of experience, he specializes in the catheter-based treatment of patients with structural and valvular heart disease as well as advanced or high-risk coronary artery disease. His expertise includes:

- Myocarditis and cardiomyopathy

Dr. Jacob’s Training
Dr. Jacob received his medical training at Grant Government Medical College in Mumbai, India. He completed a residency in cardiovascular disease and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the State University of New York (SUNY) / Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Buffalo, where he served as chief resident in his final year.

Dr. Jacob is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine and in nuclear cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, and his professional memberships include the Medical Association of the State of Alabama and Jefferson County Medical Society.
Before joining Orlando Health, he was a cardiologist at a private practice in Alabama.
